Scope
This data protection declaration provides users with information regarding the manner, scope and purpose of the collection and use of their data by the supplier responsible.
The legal data protection framework consists of the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG) [German Federal Data Protection Act], the Telemediengesetz (TMG) [German Telemedia Act] and die European General Data Protection Regulation.

Collection of general information
When you access our website, general information is collected automatically. This information (server logfiles) includes, among other things, details such as the type of web browser, the operating system used and the domain name of your Internet Service Provider. None of this information permits any personal conclusions to be draw about you. This information is required for technical purposes, in order to ensure that you are duly provided with the website content you have requested, and its provision is mandatory during use of the Internet.

SSL encryption
In order to ensure the security of your data during transmission, we use encryption methods that conform to the latest state of the art (for example SSL) via HTTPS.

Contact form and email
If you contact us using the online form or via email, we retain the details you provide, to enable us to respond to your inquiry, ask potential follow-up questions and, if necessary, process your order. The data will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent.

Automated decision making including profiling, cookies
An automated decision-making process does not take place.
The creation of a comprehensive user profile by linking, saving, evaluating and merging of different data to a person (= profiling) does not take place.
No cookies are used.

Data economy
Based on the principles of data avoidance and data economy, we retain personal data only for as long as necessary or as prescribed by the legislator (statutory retention period). If the information collected is no longer required, or if the retention period has expired, we block or delete the data.

Your rights to information, correction, blockage, deletion, data transfer and opposition
You are entitled, on application, to ask us to provide information about the personal data we have retained, and/or to require us to correct, block, transfer or delete the data in question or file an objection. Exceptions: The prescribed data retention relates to the business transaction or the data are subject to the statutory duty to preserve records.

To enable us to observe a data block at all times, the data must be kept in a file for control purposes. If no statutory duty of retention applies, you may also require us to delete the data. Otherwise we will block the data if you wish us to.

Right of appeal
As of 25.05.2018, you have the right to complain to the supervisory authority within the meaning of Art. 77 DSGVO.

Modification of our data protection declaration
In order to ensure that our data protection declaration fulfils the current statutory requirements at all times, we reserve the right to make modifications to it any time. The same will apply if the data protection declaration has to be adapted to take account of new or revised services, for example new service offerings. In that case, the new data protection declaration will apply when you next visit our website.
