Technical Translation

CU offers you customised translations of your technical texts by technical translaters and native speakers:

In addition to translations of technical documentation, experts' assessments, and business and technical plans, CU also offers translations of marketing, advertising and business texts.

Michaela ten Voorde has a degree in technical translation (English and French) with a focus on electrical and mechanical engineering from the University of Hildesheim. She has enhanced her practical language skills in numerous stays abroad and through her professional experience in international companies.

She has been a member of the CU team since 2008.

Jane Maier-Fairclough is a native of the U.S. She has degrees from American and German universities and for over twenty-five years has been teaching Business English in companies and at university level. She is the author of two course books for Business English: Career Express Business English B2 und Career Express Business English C1 (Cornelsen Verlag, 2009).
